Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lithe’s posture, mobility, and stretching features.

Effective July 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Solis (“Lithe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Lithe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lithe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Lithe. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

3. Wellness and safety

Exercise and stretching involve risk. Before beginning a routine, consider your health, surroundings, and ability. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, numbness, or unusual discomfort. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using Lithe if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or have concerns about whether an activity is appropriate for you. Call local emergency services for a medical emergency.

You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for you, using proper form, maintaining a safe environment, and not exceeding your limits. Results vary, and we do not guarantee any particular improvement or outcome.

4. Your account

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except where prohibited by law.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Lithe may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Prices, billing periods, free-trial terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Purchases are processed by the app store or platform you use and are subject to its payment terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise stated by the applicable app store. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app-store account settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable app store’s rules and local law.

6. Permission to use Lithe

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lithe for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Lithe, including its software, designs, text, graphics, routines, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Solis or its licensors and is protected by law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use Lithe unlawfully or in a way that harms another person;
  • copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit Lithe except as permitted by law;
  • reverse engineer, bypass security, disrupt the app, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • upload malicious code or content that infringes another person’s rights; or
  • misrepresent Lithe’s content as professional medical advice.

8. Feedback and user content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that content only as needed to operate and improve Lithe, comply with law, and protect the service. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

9. Third-party services

Lithe may interact with app stores, device platforms, health platforms, or third-party links. We do not control third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lithe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Lithe will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every person or condition. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solis and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenues arising from your use of Lithe. Our total liability for claims relating to Lithe will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Lithe during the 12 months before the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Lithe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue Lithe. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes

We may update Lithe and these Terms. We will post updated Terms and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use Lithe after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Solis is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
