Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Lithe may handle, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. About this policy
Lithe is a posture and stretching application provided by Solis (“Lithe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Lithe mobile application, its related services, or contact us about Lithe.
2. Information we may collect
- Information you provide: details such as your name, email address, support messages, preferences, goals, and responses you choose to enter.
- Activity and progress: completed sessions, posture or mobility check-ins, streaks, reminders, and other in-app activity.
- Device and usage data: app version, device and operating-system information, language, approximate region, crash reports, diagnostics, and interactions with Lithe.
- Subscription information: subscription status and transaction identifiers received from the applicable app store. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Optional device data: if a Lithe feature requests access to your camera, photos, motion sensors, notifications, or health platform, access occurs only after you grant permission. The relevant permission prompt explains why the feature needs that access.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize routines, track progress, deliver reminders you request, maintain subscriptions, respond to support, protect the app from misuse, understand performance, fix problems, and improve Lithe. We may also use information to comply with law and enforce our agreements.
4. Health and wellness information
Information about posture, movement, flexibility, discomfort, routines, or wellness goals can be sensitive. We use this information to provide the features you request and do not sell it. Lithe is a general wellness product, not a healthcare provider, and information you enter is not protected health information under HIPAA unless the law specifically provides otherwise.
5. How we disclose information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information:
- to vendors that help us operate Lithe, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and subscription providers;
- to app stores and platforms as needed to provide features you request;
- when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; or
- with your direction or consent.
Service providers may use information only to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide the app, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You can manage app permissions in your device settings, change notification preferences, and manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@hellosolis.com. We may need to verify your request.
8. Children’s privacy
Lithe is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
9. International use
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Lithe evolves. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
